CLOSE COVER WHEN NOT OCCUPIED!


Please do not leave the backyard without closing the top to the jacuzzi. This is a free amentiy to you as long as you do not abuse it by wasting electricy to keep it warm by leaving the top open when not in use. We will deduct $50  from your credit card on file if the top is left open too long after you exit the jacuzzi.

9:30 PM CURFEW.

You must be out of the jacuzzi no later than 9:30pm. This is a reminder that the backyard, front deck and balcony are not for parties but for you as an extension to the house to relax and enjoy. Your voices carry to the neighbors especially talking over the jacuzzi pumps and runing water.

NO SANDY FEET OR LOTIONS


Please be sure to hose off any ocean salt and sand from both your body and feet before entering the jacuzzi. Please shower off any tanning lotion before entering. There is a hose hanging on the utility pole in the driveway to rinse off. 

Also splash any sand off your feet with the jacuzzi water as you enter.

This is the beach and it is impossible to have the jacuzzi perfectly sand free. There will always be a little. We clean it before each stay! 

However, if we find an excessive amount of sand or dirt after your stay YOU WILL BE CHARGED $40 FOR THE EXCESS CLEANING!

SAFETY


KEEP CHILDREN AWAY

Children or objects cannot be seen under cover.

  • Covers must be in the full back position before entering the spa. 

ENTRAPMENT IS POSSIBLE. 

  • Non-secured or improperly secured covers are a hazard. Security lock and key has been provided. It is the the responsibility of the guest on the reservation to lock the covers in closed position when spa is not in use. 

REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTROCUTION

  1. Never place an electric appliance within 5 feet of a spa. 

REDUCE THE RISK OF CHILD DROWNING

  1. Supervise children at all times. 
  2. Attach spa cover after each use. 

REDUCE THE RISK OF OVERHEATING

  1. Check with a doctor before use if pregnant, diabetic, in poor health, or under medical care. 
  2. Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy, Spa heat can cause hyperthermia and unconsciousness. 
  3. Spa heat in conjuction with alcohol, drugs, or medication can cause unconsciousness. 

WHEN PREGNANT

Soaking in hot water for long perionds can harm you fetus. Measure water temperature before entering. 

  1. Do not enter spa if water is hotter than 100 degrees F (38 C)
  2. Do not stay in spa for longer than 10 minutes.
