Huntington Beach Whole Home Vacation Rental! 3bdr 2.5 bth

This 2 story house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed along with a shared full bathroom.  Across the hall is a large master bedroom with it's own full bathroom. (There is also a half bathroom (no shower) on the ground floor). 

The front of the house is a private garage (no access) with a driveway in front that can fit 2 large SUV's.

We typically let you do a self-check in so you can arrive at your convenience, anytime after the 4 pm check-in time.  We will always be available to answer questions during your stay. While we prefer communications through the Airbnb messaging on their phone app, we do provide you our cell phone numbers for calling if any urgent needs arise. 

Before your stay we are happy to suggest our favorite restaurants, tourist attractions and will help you get acquainted with the area. 

The neighbors on both sides are quiet and private. Please respect that and keep noise levels down after 9ish pm by closing your doors and windows to help keep conversations, TV noise, etc inside. 

From John Wayne Airport it is 11 miles or a 20 minute drive. Huntington Beach High School shopping centers and restaurants are less that a half a mile away while downtown Huntington Beach just 2 mile away. We have local restaurants, trendy beach bars, excellent coffee spots, and breakfasts cafes all within a 2 mile radius. 

There are many rental agencies and surf shops downtown to rent extra bikes, wetsuits, surfboards. SUP's, etc,

The vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a cozy living room with 2 couches, and a fully supplied kitchen. There is a queen size bed in each bedroom and a full size sofa bed in the living room. 

The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. We supply you with all the cooking pans, dishes, and utensils you might need. There are the usual kitchen gadgets such as bottle openers and cork screws.

The living room comes complete with a flat screen television. It is equipped with Internet TV with Roku, which includes live local TV. Netflix. Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and many other channels are available with your own login credentials. What's more, there is free WIFI and plenty of outlets to keep you plugged in. 

The vacation rental comes supplied with all the basics you'd expect at any hotel like a hair dryer and iron. Plus you have a kitchen and living room to enjoy. We think of everything you might need and even stock you with beach towels so you don't need to pack those in your suitcase. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay in the comfort of your own home in a friendly neighborhood? Vacation like a local.
