We love children and want you to know that they are more than welcome as our guests. This means that children of any age, even infants, are counted as guests in your guest count. Please let us know in advance the ages of all children and whether you require a pack and play or anything else. 

Want family pictures on the beach? What better backdrop for a group shot than the stunning backdrop of the ocean or bay at sunset! We can arrange for a very affordable local portrait photographer to do a photo session of your family on the beach. Let us know in advanced if you're interested and we can connect you with the photographer.

The beach house is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However if you wish for a cleaning and change of linens during your stay we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of $175. Please give us one day's notice so we can get this scheduled.

Janet and Scott are your hosts. We are a husband and wife team and we live just a block away. We will be available to answer questions during your stay. We provide you with our cell phone numbers for texting or calling if any questions or needs arise. And we can easily come by and assist you with anything you need.

We are happy to provide you with directions to our favorite restaurants, tourist attractions and are happy help you get acquainted with the area. Just let us know your interests before you arrive and we can steer you in the right direction to make sure your vacation is all that you hope it to be.

The best thing about the neighborhood is that there is so much within walking distance that you may not need a car.  You could just take a taxi from the airport (8 miles away), get dropped off here and you're at the beach!  We have local restaurants, trendy beach bars, excellent coffee spots, and breakfasts cafes all within a few short blocks.  Sea World is just 3 miles away.

The location is one of the best spots of all of Mission Beach. It is one block south of Santa Clara Place (the only traffic light in North Mission Beach).  It is equally between the roller coaster area (Belmont Park) to the south and the pier in Pacific Beach to the north, both about a mile away, so getting to either is an easy walk or bike ride down the boardwalk. 

The home is off of the main boulevard and on one of the tiny inner walking courts with a lively beach atmosphere.  

Recreational opportunities abound. It is within walking distance to Santa Clara point where there are numerous recreation activities and rentals available including: stand up paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, windsurfing, catamarans, sail boats, water ski boats, and even jet packs. There are group classes and private lessons available in all of these activities. What's more there are free yoga classes on the beach each day.

There is a fantastic surf spot at the beach out front for beginners to the advanced surfer and great for the spectator as well. There are affordable surf lessons offered daily in the beach right out in front by our friends at Surfari Surf School. What's more, we can point you to all the best surf spots in San Diego County.  And we have two world class board shapers who are neighbors in case you want to get a new surf board while you are here.

This beach condo is fully loaded with beach gear and is located just a few houses from the sand. The upstairs balcony has a view of the ocean! Included with the rental is the use of, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. For families we even furnish you with a pack and play for the little ones. 

This beach condo has all new remodeled bathrooms (2017) and is furnished with all new furniture. Three of the bathrooms feature giant walk-in showers. The fourth bathroom has a bathtub with removable hand-held shower nozzle, great for bathing the little ones. The home is decorated with a local beach theme.

The condo features 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, and a patio for outdoor dining with a barbecue. The home is very comfortable for a group with two families or a family plus grandparents. There are 2 master bedrooms, one with a king size bed the other with queen bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds plus a twin trundle bed that rolls out from underneath one of the bunk beds. 

Plus 2 additional people can sleep on the couches in the living room for a total of up to 11 people altogether. (These are not sleeper sofas that pull out into beds. These are 2 couches that are long enough for an adult to sleep on each.) We provide sheets, blankets and pillow for couch sleeping if requested.

The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. We supply you with all the cooking pans, dishes, and utensils you might need. There are the usual kitchen gadgets such as bottle openers and cork screws plus we start you out stocked with K-cups for your morning coffee.

Washer/dryer is included.
