With the new San Diego City ordinance you now need a local 24 hour local contact that needs to be on site within 1 hour if and when the unavoidable happens. If you don't the city can and will strip your permit and you will lose much of your hard earned investment. 

We are here to be that contact! We are local (30+ years) and live at the beach in Mission Beach.

All properties need to have a sign showing a local contact phone No so we can be contacted directly to handle any complaints. We're also here to help break up any parties or noise that may be coming from you property or at least troubleshoot where it's coming from.
